3. Quotations, Orders and Approvals

For custom work, cut-to-size stone, kitchens, wardrobes and project-specific materials, the customer is responsible for reviewing drawings, measurements, product selections, finishes and quantities before approval. Changes requested after approval may affect price, lead time and availability.

Return, exchange and cancellation eligibility depends on the product type, supplier rules, order status and whether materials are standard stock or custom-ordered. Custom-cut, specially imported, fabricated, installed, damaged or used materials may not be returnable unless required by applicable law or agreed in writing.
